Here is our best information as to the list of California fairs that will be cancelled or not have live poultry in 2021. 

Note that all fairs, scheduled to start in September & October, have been cancelled or will have no poultry on site.  For a list of fairs, see the CDFA list here:

2020 Midwinter PHI Refresher Course
